Are you attending the Motivation Summit I told you about? I hope so. That’s where more than 20 experts have come together to create an amazing collection of interviews and training that will inspire you for the rest of the year
…and beyond.
This page is for our A Higher Note community to share insights, gleanings, and wisdom in response to The Motivation Summit many of us are attending this week (June 22-26, 2020). And the comments will remain for future community members to view and receive benefit, and even contribute to the discussion.

How to Motivate Yourself . . . Even When You Don’t Feel Like It!
If you’ve ever struggled with self-motivation, then this summit is something you don’t want to miss.
The event is entirely free and there’s nothing to buy. Just great, helpful training content. I’m one of the presenters, coming from the perspective of a musician who needs to motivate myself to practice. For me, it’s not so much that I don’t want to practice, it’s that practice gets edged out due to the “tyranny of the urgent.” Exercising the motivation-drivers that work best for my brain (and heart) are what keep me moving forward with my dreams and goals when other things in life want to take over.
Please share what you’re learning.
If you’re attending (and I hope you are), I’m very interested in knowing what points are jumping out at you and/or what’s already helped you in some way.
Please, leave a comment about what you’ve learned about motivating yourself, keeping you moving forward and/or getting yourself going in the first place.
